Questions to ask surgeon

i all,<br>Hope you can help me. I was at a site
the other day that listed a whole page of questions
to ask your surgeon before the WLS. I thought I
bookmarked it, but can’t find it now. Does anyone know of
this site. I will be consulting with my surgeon Mar.
15th and wanted to print these out and take them with
me. Any help will be appreciated! Thanks<br><br> Jane

    i there! I just looked at that site today as the matter of fact, and printed it
    out to ask my dr.<br>http/www.rio.com/~bbryant/faq4.txt. <br><br>good luck with
    your appt. Its gonna be worth it!!!!
