I had my surguery on 8-12. So far I have lost 75 pounds. Don't worry about medications, you probably will crush them as I do. Drink water and ice chips when ermitted, walk as much as is comfortable. There is pain but it goes away as you lose weight. Everything becomes easier. Get to love sugar free jello, it really does help. Stay close to your dr and dieticiain. You will be home for Christmas with a new great you. Bruce Payette –
