to eat or drink something. You will have a build up
of saliva that will prevent you from keeping
anything down. Make yourself some tea if you wait too
long, try Peppermint it naturally helps with digestion.
&#60;br&#62;Walk only as much as you are comfortable with. don't
push yourself to walk too much or as much as someone
else has. Everyone recovers differently and at a
different rate. &#60;br&#62;Think and treat yourself as a baby,
