Fired or"let go" once my employer gets

wind that I am pursuing such an expensive surgery? Anyone know if that can
happen and if so, do I have legal recourse?

    Ok here ya go<br><br>Obesity is considered a
    disease, and as such you are protected under the
    American’s With Disabilities Act. Also unless your employer
    is paying for the surgery out of pocket why would
    they care if you have surgery?
