feeling this is my last hope..
Hello everyone. I am brand new here! I have come
to learn all I can, before I can make a choice. My
sister told me some things. She is booked for surgery in
April. I am really considering it. Like many here, I
have tried every diet in the book. And failed at all
of them.

Hey coffee!! I know how you feel. Been down that
road many times. I think that this is the answer for
those of us who just can’t make the diets work. I am
