Hi,
I had an RNY on September 10. So I am
almost 2 weeks postop. I go to the surgeon on Monday for
my 2-week checkup and I am going to ask her if I can
go back to work the next day. That's how good I am
feeling. I can honestly say that as of a couple of days
ago I feel better than I did pre-op. Amazing, I know.
But it's true. I have very little pain of any kind,
and this summer my arthritis was so bad I could
hardly walk.

My "unofficial" (at home) weight
loss in two weeks is 24 pounds. That's not counting
the pounnds I put on in the hospital from all the
fluids -- they came and went very quickly.

Best
of luck to you. Congratulations on your approval and
keep us all posted on your
progress.

blessings,
Ann
