Laura -

I know how you feel. I sat at
home for the 2 nights before my surgery and read
through all the information I had gathered for the past 4
months. It comforted me and gave me that extra confidence
I needed to go in. You are lucky you are going in
the morning - I had to wait until 11:30 to even go to
the hospital and my surgery was at 1:30. I told my
husband I wished it was first thing in the morning - I
was very confident waking up!!! I started a journal
the day I went in the hospital reflecting on the
months previous and looking forward to the rest of my
life. It is a woman's guided journal and the page I
started on talked about how we have 2 birthdays - the
first is when we are born and the 2nd is whenever we
decide it to be. I decided that that day was my 2nd

birthday!!! Just keep remembering all the advice and
encouraging words you have given everyone else on this
site!!!

Good Luck and I hope to see you post
something as soon as you can!

Gera.
