Tammy,<br>For me, exercise is a must. I started
walking, very slowly and just around the block, after 2
weeks. I did this for about 2 weeks. And the weight was
just falling off. The following week, I had a
particularly hectic week at work and was not getting home
until it was dark. That week I didn't exercise. And for
a whole week I lost nothing! The next week (last
week), I started walk/jogging about 2-3 miles, and once
again, the weight started coming off a little bit every
day. But if i go for just one day without doing
something cardiovascular, i don't lose an ounce. This may
not be the case for everyone, but I think exercise
could speed up everyone's weight loss. Good luck!
