Family Dr. visit
Today I went to my family doctor and he was
wonderful! He told me he had no problem referring me to a
gastro-doctor. He volunteered to write a letter to my insurance.
I didn’t even have to ask! He wasn’t very
optimistic about the insurance paying. That was a big
disappoinment. He said he would do anything he could from his
end. He is such a sweetheart. He told me the Dr. he
was going to refer me to was Dr. Joe Roh. Any body
ever heard of him? Not sure if the spelling is
correct. I should get the referral next week, then I’ll
need to make an apt with Dr. Roh. Wish me luck!

I wish more doctors would be like your doctor but
most of all I wish he wouldn’t be so pessimistic about
the insurance company! There are many of us out there
that their insurance companies have paid… but
sometimes it takes a fight! Don’t give up with a small
asking… ask and ASK hard… you deserve the best to
ensure your health and logevity/quality of life! Good

Right up until the very end, every doctor I saw
was pessamistic…. but they did approve me, no
fighting involved. So keep your chin up and think
positive. Most of all, be prepared with your records and
everything that they require upfront. Good luck to
