Hi Laura,

I am a preop and cannot relate
to your present feelings except to say go back over
your journal. You are a very positive person and from
what I have read very intelligent. This journey is one
of many miles. The weight loss window is from 18 to
24 months. Your body has to catch up with your
weight loss. It will surrender and you will start losing
again. Holiday blues will compound and feed those
negative emotions. You will succeed. Keep the
faith.

Bob Johnson
