Merry Christmas!

I just wanted to post to the list and wish
everyone a MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!<br>I also wanted to give you
an update.<br>For those of you who remember I was
stuck at 314 for the last three months , but I went to
the surgeon for a check up and boom I am down to
304.<br>I was thrilled , so anyone who is on a plateau
believe me it goes away and so does the
weight!.<br>thank,<br>Dee

    Merry Christmas to you too. Are you the same Michelle who was having
    surgery on Dec. 20. I am wondering how she is doing. My name is Michele and
