Had my surgery on 1 november and am down 50 lbs. I feel great. Best thing I ever did. My surgeon and I were a team. He had the skills to perform the surgery and I researched and discovered and ASKED until I was well informed. And thanks to this wonderful chat group, I knew pretty much what was about to happen. I say pretty much, because we are all different. Anyway, as with everyone else my heart and prayers goes out to the mother and daughter who had the courage and strength to make right what nature somehow messed up. In fact, hats off to all of us brave souls. I am thankful for my wonderful doctor and this support network. Together we are helping one another, and ourselves. More power to us!!
