		<description>St. Claire,&#60;br&#62;I have a problem with sagging
skin. I hide it well. I do try to drink lots of water
and keep my skin moist with lotion. I started my
exersise regimen with fast walking. I still don't do
aerobics..lol&#60;br&#62;I do run and lift weights. I can run 2.5 miles at a
time right now. It usually takes me about 25 minutes
to do it.&#60;br&#62;I would definately try to push fluids..
but skin does stretch and sometimes doesn't want to
go back. I do wish you the BEST of luck. See my new
