For Lisa Boone (or any others)

Hi Lisa, I just viewed your photos. Am I right in
calculating that you have lost 130 pounds in about 7 months?
This is wonderful. I am 3 1/2 months post op and have
lost 65 pounds. Im averaging 2 pounds a week right
now. My question to you is about sagging skin. You
look great in your photos. Do you have a problem with
this, and if so, what do you do.<br>I have high blood
pressure that is brought on when I get overheated or
tired. It seems like 2 minutes of any exercize and Im
about to have a stroke. I know this will get better as
I lose weight on my own, but I worry about my
already sagging skin. Do you have any suggestions for me?
Im 30. Ive been overweight for 10 years. I was 335
pre-op and now Im 270. What can someone who cant
exercize do to limit the sagging skin?

    St. Claire,<br>I have a problem with sagging
    skin. I hide it well. I do try to drink lots of water
    and keep my skin moist with lotion. I started my
    exersise regimen with fast walking. I still don’t do
    aerobics..lol<br>I do run and lift weights. I can run 2.5 miles at a
    time right now. It usually takes me about 25 minutes
    to do it.<br>I would definately try to push fluids..
    but skin does stretch and sometimes doesn’t want to
    go back. I do wish you the BEST of luck. See my new
