2 ounce food proportions

I was just wondering when you can eat more than 2
ounces of food. I know I can eat a nice variety of foods
now. Most of the time 2 ozs is more than sufficiant
but sometimes when I eat a soup with little substance
it doesn’t seem to be enough. I don’t seem full. I
don’t want to do anything to jeopardize my weight loss
so I continue to take 2 ozs at all meals. I don’t
want to push my luck. Lisa, How long were you or are
you still at this small of a proportion. Could
somebody shed some light on this for me. I would really
appreciate it. Thank You

    I am still only able to eat about 3 oz. of food
    at a time. Any more than that and I feel that nasty
    OVERLY full feeling. I can eat about 1/2 of banana or
    sometimes about 3/4 of a yogurt.. but when it is something
    thicker like chicken or veggies, Only a few bites still
