		<description>Michelle,&#60;br&#62;I have heard that when you don't
drink enough water, your body tissues retain water to
try to conserve. Now that you are drinking more,
maybe your body is getting rid of all that retained
water. That could be why you have to go all the time.
Are you losing more weight than usual all of a
sudden? I drink my 64oz a day, and don't have to go to
the bathroom that much. If it keeps up like this, you
