Laura,
When I am feeling run down and tired I
know it is time for b-12 and that I have been skimping
on my vitamins... which is often I am afraid! I take
so many OTHER pills that I hate to take any extras!
Good luck and I hope you rebound with a bushel full of
energy soon!
Cindy

Dear Laura:
Thanks for your support with the
doctor thing. I am just NOT going to let it bother me
anymore. I have held a solid 144 lbs for two days now, so
the weight gain was only temporary as I originally
figured.

Anyway, as far as the fatique. Are you getting enough
iron and vitamins. I can't believe that six months
after surgery you shouldn't be running around full of
energy. I would have some blood work done to determine if
maybe you are vitamin deficient. Good
luck.

Helen
