You must be going through a terrible time. My dad died 4 yrs. ago and its a difficult time. Is your mother still living? If so she will need your support now. You will make it throgh this, I'm glad you're in touch with your weigh, but as long as you know you are sticking to it, focus on your family, your weight will settle back down.
