Hi, I use glucosamine/chondroitin for my
arthritis. It really helps. Sometimes I think it helps more
than my prescription arthritis medication. Try it.
You’ll need to take it for a week or two consistently
before you start feeling much benefit.

I can’t believe in just 32 hr. I will be in
surgery. I’m scared I guess, Right now I feel very calm
but I’m sure tomorrow I will be terrified. Please
pray for me. I go in Fri. morning at 5:30 and have
surgery at 7:30. My great adventure is just beginning. My
class threw me a big party today and I got alot of nice
things for the hospital and when I come home.
The
next time I post I’ll be on the other side. Pray for
me!!!love, Barbie

Barbie, make sure you have a recliner at home for
you to sleep in once you out of the hospital. this is
an absolute MUST!! You wont be able to sleep
comfortably anyplace else.
Good luck. Its gonna suck for a
few weeks but you will be fine and you will be so so
so so glad you suffered through it. Think Thin
darlin and relax as much as possible.
