there are more than a dozen people on this list…so, I
challange everyone to post them photos.. (I know it sounds
silly, but seeing other’s progress after myself keeps me
motivated).. I won’t be loosing anymore weight, but sometimes
I feel a little down in the dumps, so it helps to
