Dont fret. I always go up and down but regardless
of what I gain in a week, I always lose it in the
long run. Sometimes Ill gain 8 pounds only to lose 12
in the next week...which is still 4 pounds lost. Its
a combination of water, hormones and nature playing
nasty tricks. Always weigh yourself at the same time,
wearing the same thing. I weign in every morning before I
eat anything wearing my birthday suit. Its the only
way to get accurate measurements.
