Are you on disability? If so, you should have Medicare/Medicaid. Medicare is a problem because they don't pre-certify, and as of late, they haven't been paying the claims. However, since Medicaid is secondary, it pays for anything that Medicare doesn't pay. Don't get discouraged about your first insurance denial, appeal it.
