I can't believe that it's been a year! On the day of surgery, I weighed 309 lbs. Last weigh-in at the MD's I was 178. I have just started lap swimming and cannot believe how much I can do. Although I have to be honest, I am sure I was weighing a tad more... just did not have any guts to face the "numbers" on a scale! Currently I weigh 165-168... depends on the scale and the time of day... but that is not the number that is important...
