Roux-en-y success story

Hi everyone! I had my surgery Feb. 13 2000 and to
date have lost 128 lbs with no problems or
complications. I am at 165 now and still losing. <br>If you want

    Congratulations- what a year it has been for you. I would like to ask you if you
    had "plateaux" and if so, what did you do to get the weight moving again? Thanks
    for your help.

    Hi there! I hit a number of plateaus and found
    the best solution was hiding the scale and just
    letting my doctor weigh me once a month. I thought I was
    going to be 190-193 for ever but never used food to
    jump start anything. I am on chemo, so sometimes I eat
    way less than other times but I don’t recommend that
    as a plateau jumpstart! lol
