what am I going to do with all this skin
Whoa! What am I going to do with all this skin? Is there anything I can rub in
to help my skin shrink up as I loose? I know there is skin tuck surgery, but is
there anything not quite so drastic?

I don’t know how much lotions are going to help.
In my anatomy class we discussed how around the age
40 to 50 you do not produce elastic fibers like you
did when you were younger making it hard to firm skin
and with the rapid time you are losing your weight, I
doubt that your elasticity can not keep up. Maybe skin
tucks aren’t so bad. I don’t mean to discourage you, I
just didn’t want to see you spending all that money on
lotions and such when you could be saving it for the skin
tucks! Hope I helped w/o making you feel bad.
Brandy

Nope, but I heard that the Shriners Hospital in Texas would pay for your surgery
if you donated your skin for burn victims. They sometimes remove 15 + pounds.
Pretty awesome.
C

Where did you hear about the Shriners? I’ll bet a lot of people would donate in
order to get the surgery done - I sure would!

I heard about the shriners at my info meeting for pre-surgerys. I can’t
remember if my surgery doc said it or if an audience member did.
Call them
and find out…. let me know!
Cathy

No offense taken, no feelings wounded. Thanks for the info.
