Then there is another equally annoying group of people who think having the surgery means I can eat whatever I want without getting any of the calories. Like it is some kind of magic bullet. Those are the people who think it is the "easy way out". Fooey on all of them! I am sure if there was a way to do this without the surgery, all of us would have already done it. Sure, there’s the people who wonder why I can’t

People have no understanding of what it is like to live in our shoes. Wait, after you have the surgery they will be watching and making comments like, "Isnt that way to much food for you to eat?" I am 16 months post op and had someone say that to me, like I don't know what I can eat.
