I’ll be moved up. Let’s hope so.

Wow, that is a long wait. It’ll be worth it in
thelong run. However, I did read someones e-message that
you can be put on a cancellation list if you can get
there on short notice; depending on how far you have to
drive, if you need 24 hours notification to employer for
sick leave, etc. You should check it out. It doesn’t
hurt to ask. Good luck!

Yes I’m going to call and ask them to put me on the list I’m afraid if I wait
too long I’ll change my mind and chicken out.

I know what the waiting is like…. I called my
doctors office in September 2000 and was told my
appointment would be February 5, 2001 that was a long 4 1/2
months. But then I was given my surgery date of May 31,
2001, when I saw him the first time. So it’s been
another long almost 4 month wait, but I only have 2 weeks
left until surgery!

I could have gone to a
different doctor were I could have been seen much faster
and had surgery right away, but that doctor has had
many law suites filed against him and the state of
Washington suspended him from practice more then
once.

So I’m going by the old saying “Good things come to
those how wait!” Know I will be pulling for
you.

Hugs,
Dorothy

Just know that you have a support unit here.
Also, just jump on line and read the testimonies of how
so many people would do it over and over again…
How it so positively changed their lives for the
better. You are definitely on your way there! Sometimes I
wonder why I’m struggling so hard with my insurance
company but then I read how well people are doing after
the surgery and that’s where I want to be. So, I feel
it’s worth the FIGHT to get there.

Oh I know that it’s worth it. My problem now is
that I can’t eat!! I get sick etc etc if I eat any
amounts. I’ve been having stomach problems that led to my
determination to staple and now I just don’t enjoy eating
anymore. This is starting to really bother me.
