		<description>hi Darlene-&#60;br&#62; I myself chose to have the open
rather than lap procedure because there is a much higher
risk of complications, leaks being the highest. aside
from that lap takes almost twice as long which is
longer that you have to be under anethesia which is not
healthy. these are just my reasons. I'm sure there are
many successful lap people out there</description>
