Obesity surgery

Well I have not posted in a while, lots of things
going on. I have an appt with the pscyh doc on the 27th
for my psych eval. After my doctor gets the results I
can schedule a date for surgery.<br><br>Today
something happened that really touched my heart and I
wanted to share it with everyone.<br>My sister and I
work at the same place. I left my office for a few
minutes only to come back and find a card on my desk. It
was from my sister and this is what it
said:<br><br>Sometimes it takes all the courage we possess to make a
decision that could change our lives. No one can deny that
putting off action is a lot easier than diving in. But I
know you, and I know that you are capable of doing
anything you set your mind to… you have strength and
good judgment and you can do this! Go for it and never

forget, not for a single minute, that I’m right there
behind you, rooting for you every step of the
way.<br><br>I could not stop crying after I read this card.
<br><br>I send this to everyone out there who is going to
have the surgery. I hope it touches you the way it
