Can someone help
I am getting so tired of this insurance
crap!<br><br>I don’t know what to do. My insurance co. is now
telling my pcp that they need to resubmit the files they
already sent them a month ago. They do not give a reason,
just ask for them. Just last week I faxed a claim form
for the second time. I really thought that after they
received that form it would only be ten days from then,
now they are asking for my files again. I don’t know
what to do. Should I call and let them know that no
matter how long they try to make me wait, I’m still
going to be here (if not dead) I don’t want to piss
them off to the point that they really start messing
with me, but I don’t want to just lay down and take
it. <br>If anyone has any suggestions I would really
appriciate them.I’m going crazy. I should have been approved
a long time ago. I found out before I went the my
initial appointment that this was not excluded from my
policy. It’s now closing in on 3 months.

I wold call them andfind out whatis going on and
why they need tehfiles again. You have a right toknow
what is happening. This is your life they arep laying

Find out who is in charge of your case and work
with them directly. Call as soon as you have faxed
your documents and verify that they have been
received. Keep a record of every person you talk to. I
called the insurance company every day when I was
expecting an answer. I’ve been working on my approval for 4
months now, and am on my 3rd appeal.<br><br>Keep going,
and don’t give up!
