Can you believe this??
Can you believe this one..got a nice little note
from my family independence worker yesterday to call
her about my case..so I did. She asked me what was
going on? I asked her"what do you mean". She said well
I got a report saying that you had your stomach
stapled to lose weight and that medicaid paid for it!" I
said yes they sure did. She wanted to know if it was
medically necessary since I (get this) "wasn’t THAT big" I
told her yes, indeed it was medically necessary and
that YES i was in fact cosidered MORBIDLY obese! The
nerve the nerve the nerve. I also gave her my Docs name
in case she had questions. It is easily solved
problem-all I have to do is write a statement as to what I
said….but what is wrong with people today? Don’t they have
plenty to do and worry about than MY business!??

I know it sucks- as if they would dole out a
penny if it wasnt necessary- EVEN if I had absolutely
no comorbs- I was still 295 the day of surgery-
PLENTY over weight. Thats ok- I have consulted an
attorney and with the right to face your accuser they have
to divuldge the person who called or atleast if it
were anonymous the location that the call came from. I
am willing to wait as long as the supeonda takes to
find out and ohhhh when I do find out…how sweet the
revenge will be. They also said a few other things that
clue me in to who it is- like my SO’ salary- but I
want to make SURE I am sure before I drop my revenge
into their lives! I am sorry- ya just dont mess with
me and …not pay, dearly!<br>Thanks for the
