		<description>Yes, I have been lactose intolerant for years,
and even more so since my gastric bypass. I think a
lot of people develop some degree of lactose
intolerance after gastric bypass. Before surgery, I used Rice
Milk in place of regular milk, but after surgery, the
rice milk bothered me. I think it has too much sugar.
So now I don't bother with milk at all. I get
protein from whey powder mixed with water. The one I use
is Proscore 100, but that does have some nutrasweet
in it. I also take Calcium Citrate with Vit. D to
make up for the lack of milk. I would suggest visiting
www.vitalady.com . Michelle who is Vitalady knows more about
protein than anyone, and she could tell you which ones
have no lactose or nutrasweet.&#60;br&#62;Lynn</description>
