<description>Thanks for the support, I really need it right now. I know it will eventually
happen, it is just frustrating with all the roadblocks!

<description>You've got mine, Julie. It sounds as though he's willing to work

<description>You have my prayers. Good luck.

I have been approved for surgery by my insurance, been through all the loops
and hoops of doctors galore, tomorrow morning i see the surgeon, he will tell me
yes or no if he will do the surgery. i started this process in feb. when i
filled out the papers, of course i am praying and hoping he says yes its a go.
if any of you believe in prayer please say a prayer for me, that he will say ok.
thanks!
as always,
julie

<description>I did the same thing you did. Great the first month and then very little
loss the next month. After a few weeks it has even out and is right on
target. And constipation so bad I thought I would have to go to the hospital
and have help. After about a month, and drinking lots of water, and doing
my daily exercise, and getting a more comprehensive vitamin stuppliment it
stopped. I have not had a problem in 4 months. Another friend of mine
said she was having constipation and it got better with more water intake
and better vitamine supplements.

It will get better.

Hello All!

I had my surgery on 6/11/04. Everything about the recovery has been more
and less than I expected. I have had very little pain , and alot more
&lt;!--more--&gt;
energy. At my 3 week appt. with surgeon , I had lost 30 pounds from my high
of 314. I couldn't have been more excited. Since week 2, I have been power
walking for 30 to 40 minutes every morning. My size 28's are a thing of the
past! My concern now is that I have seemed to stop losing . I know that
plateaus are normal but are they normal, this early? My other problem has
been severe constipation. I try to drink at least 60 oz. of water everyday
and my doc has me on stool softener , I take 2 a day. and I still have
terrible problems when it comes to elimination. Has anyone else suffered
this way? If so , what has helped? I am truly enjoying feeling less weight
and the new roundness to my booty! My husband is too! I am very glad that
I've done this. I just wish I had sooner.

<description>Hi, Linita! Welcome to the world of post surgery. I had problems with
constipation big time. They all evened out when I started taking magnesium. I
have Magnesium capsules with a mix of oxide, citrate and one other form..
can't remember at work. They say that oxide is not the best for us, that
citrate is better. I take 2 of the 500 mgs a day. haven't had a problem since
I started them.
