Rebecca

Hi,I am sorry to hear the problems in your family. Have you taken
your husband to a support group meeting with you or perhaps included
him in your appointments? Go to this website www.wlscenter.com and in
the left column under To all "Significant Others" is a letter that
you may want to print. It is pretty touching. I was having a few
problems with a friend and this helped. Perhaps you can try to
explain it as "that even though you love me the way I am and I love
you too it is difficult to love someone else when you are not happy
with yourself.:) Wishing you the best. Bobette

    Rebecca…….
Good luck……..you’re almost there! And you will be even more than 30lbs
    lighter VERY soon!
    I’ll be praying for you!

    << Are you excercising. >>

    No…..& it shows, unfortunately.
I was in a car accident several yrs ago & had back surgery.
I have to use a walker to walk & have no back strength at all.
I’m hoping with major wt. loss that all of that will change.
I know my wt. has alot to do with not being able to
stand up straight for more than a few minutes.

    Dee,

You must be feeling a lot better though. DO you?

Every day I do some aerobic activity and every other day I do an upper
body workout with soup cans. You may find that beneficial.

I just thought with such a great wt loss you must be excercising like
    a fiend.

yes..i am feeling better…..but i have a LOT of weight to lose.
I am going to start some type of exercise program….even if it involves
sitting in a straight backed chair & working on my arms & legs. My daughter
said she would exercise with me (to help me out). What would I do without
her??? She ’s been my sole support throughout all of this. (thank God she’s a
    skinny-minny).
