Getting really nervous

Hi guys,

I don’t think I properly introduce myself before. I am Leslie, 49
years old from San Diego Ca. I have been process and approved for
the surgery for 7/3. I saw Dr. Callery this past Friday and became
so frighten after leaving the office. I guess I can’t believe I am
really going thru wiith this. I am in so much pain due to a High
School mentally handicap student, jumped me while hooking a
wheelchair to the bus. I have lower back, hip and knee problems from
this injury. I am in constance pain because the doctors don’t want
to operate on my hips just yet. I am hoping by doing this surgery
and losing about 140lbs, the pain will not be as servere as it is
now.

My other concern is the fear of becoming pregant. I have one son 30

years old and had an otopic pregancy about 15 years after that. I
have one tube that they say I can still become pregant with. The
weight has always been my protection. I begged the doctor to take
care of the other tube while I am under. He may or may not do it
depending on some other factors. My husband offered to do the
vascetim(however you spell that), when the doctor explained what that
procedure was boy, did he want out of there(ha ha ha)! Women, we sure
take a lot of pain for these men. I probably would run the other way
after dr. explain it to me too. You know how senstive that area is
for them.

Well ten more day to go and counting.
