		<description>Hi Shannon,

My Doctor suggest a children's or adult chewable mult. vitamin for the 1st
6 months, then you can switch to a regular mult. vitamin. At 3 months I will
start taking a mult vitamin with Iron and then at 6 months Calcium. Vitamin
B-12 shots every 6 weeks....until 6 months when I can start taking a B-12
vitamin. I do not and have never been told to take an antacid. However, ever
doctor is different and they all have different advise.

I started with the chewable weeks before my surgery...Centrum makes an adult
chewable (I think they are the only ones)....if you take children's you will
need to take 2 - adult only 1.

Hope this helps.
