		<description>Hi Bahia,

Congrats on the weight loss. Things will improve for
you everyday. One suggestion I have that may help
when your in bed, if you're laying on your side,
support your tummy with a pillow. Should help take
some of the pressure off.

<description>Bahia, great weight loss, and yes, this too shall pass. I think back on the
problems I had getting water down and how strong certain drinks tasted - how
I had to dilute them - and Thursday night during class I downed a bottle of
minute maid light fruit juice (low carb) with no problem. I used to have to
dilute it half and half! So all this does change. Your tastes will change,
too. They shift. Some days I love something, and then I won't, and then I
will again!

HI Everyone,

I first wanted to say thanks for all the encouragement I received. Everyone
is so caring and very supportive...and it wouldn't mean as much if you all
weren't going through or had gone through exactly what I am. Its funny, I
liked to say I am not depressed anymore, and I don't think I am but my
emotions are running ramped. I found my self crying at some of the things
&lt;!--more--&gt;
people said. Like I said, my emotions are crazy right now.

Well for me I am doing better everyday. I am able to move more and healing
good. I still have trouble sleeping. Last night was my first night back
home and I move 3 times in the night..once in my bed, then to the recliner,
then back to bed...needless to say it still sucks that I can't get
comfortable but I do know this is temporary. As far as food goes, my doctor
put me on soft stuff yesterday, so I tried my first 2 ounces of cottage
cheese. It was pretty good but my taste buds are whacked still. The crazy
part is i only finished about 2/3 of it. I couldn't believe it. I mean I
know this was expected but you never really know whats going to happen until
you experience it. I am happy to say I can tell when I am
full..somewhat....and I find my self taking everything slow as to not
disrupt my little pouch. Well in other good news I am down 16lbs since
surgery, 21 total because I lost 5 before surgery. Needless to say I am a
happy camper about tha when I can wear the clothes that will show it and not
just my baggies.

Anyways thanks again everyone and I will updating everyone more soon.

		<description>Kristina,

That is awsome, 104 lbs in 4 months. You must feel very proud of
yourself. I had my surgery on Nov.7 and I have lost 60 lbs. I hope I
end up like you at 4 months. Good luck to you and set up that scanner
so we can see the new you.

<description>Sorry I haven't been in touch for a while. I have been very busy working 2
jobs and everything, but I had my surgery on August 28th. and I went to my
nutritionist 2 days before Christmas and I have lost in 4 months 104 lb..
WOW!!! I was a size 22 and now I am a size 12! I have to get my scanner
hooked up so I can send out pictures. I used to weigh 260 and now I weigh
154. I never thought I would ever be this thin in my life. I have had no
complications (thank God) and have been feeling really good. (Minus the sleep
depravation that I am suffering from because I am a teacher by day and a
waitress by night) Being a waitress has sped up my weight loss because I am
running around 5 nights a week. If anyone has any questions please feel free
to ask.

diet - YEAH!!! Seafood and toast!!! They went ahead and gave me the
8 week foods as my next appointment is not for another 6 weeks. At 8
