i think that may be the biggest part of my problem. i find i do much better
when i take ‘baby’ bites & wait awhile before eating more.
i bought a 3-piece sterling silver baby spoon, fork, & knife set, to eat with.
My family thinks I’m nuts because i paid so much for "some utensils to eat
with."
i don’t care!! I deserve it!

That is the nicest thing that I have heard yet, for someone to do for herself
so far. It is such a good idea that I will do the same after I have my surgery.
