Obesity surgery

I will keep you all posted.
I’m not scheduled to see my surgeon again till Aug.
That will make me 4 months post-op by then.

I’m having an AWFUL time getting PROTEIN in me!
Is anyone having this problem & has anyone tried the protein meal bars? Are
they tasty?
