Wellllllll…………that’s the problem……I’m not getting hardly ANY
protein. I throw up almost everything I eat; except very soft cooked veggies
& baby food fruit. I know I can’t live on this alone & i NEED more protein.
But the thought of drinking it just gags me.
i know i am going to be headed for trouble, soon, without it.
that’s why i was asking about protein bars.
i wish they made a protein pill!!!

    Dee,

    Have you tried seafood? It seems to go down really
    well, or even cook chicken on the stove top slowly and
    a long time so it gets really soft, you wont be able
    to eat much but you can nibble on it… And last of
    all, Cheese and Skim milk are both excellent sources
    of protein, cheese can be sucked on,,, and milk of
    course is like water…. just some ideas.. :) I used
    to vomit all the time, and finally realized I had to
    chew slower, take small, small bites and maybe take a
    few mintutes between bites to make sure i was ok.
    There are many sources of protien you just have to be
    creative and you will find them. Good luck to you.
