		<description>Hi, I would make sure the mistakes were corrected, no one wants to be any older
and your father is deceased no matter what. At NeWeigh they omitted ages of the
deceased if they died at an age older than 65, this was because it doesn't look
good if you live a long life, then die of a heart attack or stroke or cancer,
etc. Your father's heart attack preceded his stroke so maybe technically he
wouldn't have had a stroke if he hadn't had a heart attack first. Does this
sound confusing? I didn't sign any forms without them being correct, I'd sure
hate to be accused of fraud and be denied surgery, and maybe coverage period.
Honesty is always the best policy. Hope this helps. Laura

Today I received a copy of the letter of medical neccessity that my
PCP is going to send to my insurance provider. I noticed 2 small
mistakes he made on it, 1 was he put me @ a year older than I am,&#38;
2, he put that my Father died from a heart attack, when actually my
Dad did have a heart attack BUT died from a stroke!! Do you think
&lt;!--more--&gt;
this is something I should just leave alone or should I have him
correct this?? Would the ins. co. even notice this? Won't they be
more concerned with what he said about me? Please let me know what
you all think.
