Hello again;
I am glad that the list helped, I am sure there are
other things you can add or don't need. As far as
CD's go, I don't know your tastes in music, but I
found I needed soothing, comforting, relaxing music.
So I brought with me:
Howie Day-Australia
All my Enya CD's (she's great!)
Shea Segar
Dolphin Sounds CD
Natalie Imbruglia
Santana-Supernatural

I am sure you know what you like and calms you. Good
luck, hope this helped...take care!

Hey Chrissy!

Congratulations!!!! You go girl!!!

Just a few things I needed, you might too:
FOOD:
tomato soup
fat-free chicken broth
V-8 juice
sugar-free popsicles
nonfat yogurt
sugar-free Jell-O
decaf tea
sugar-free Carnation Instant Breakfast
skim milk
<!--more-->
unsweetened apple sauce
sugar-free juice (Juicy Juice, etc.)

Vitamins:
Flintstones with Iron, or Bugs Bunny with Iron (3 a
day)
Vitamin C (500mg. a day)
Tums (1000mg. a day/about 2 of the E-X kind)

VERY IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER...NEVER TAKE THE VITAMINS
AND TUMS TOGETHER...OR THE TUMS AND VIT. C
TOGETHER...THEY DON'T WORK WELL TOGETHER.

Make sure to drink lots of water, to keep hydrated,
especially if you have a hard time keeping other
things down. Push the protein though, protein and
water are most important!

Other things you might like or need:
walkman, tapes, Cd's
a book
teddy bear...:)
pictures of loved ones
baby wipes (believe me, they are a lifesaver)
toothbrush and paste
brush and elastic
slippers
robe
medications
personal phone book
body lotion and chap stick (another one you'll def.
need)

I wish you nothing but the best, hope this helped
some, and take good care of yourself. Let us know when
the date is!
