Insurance :-(
Hi All,
I was supposed to call my insurance last friday (they received my
psych evaluation last Wednesday) to see if the surgery has been
approved or denied……well!
I have been calling since Friday at 11:30 a.m. and I get no people
only the little recorded voice that says "we’re on another line leave
your name yada yada yada". On Friday I called and left my name
twice….Monday 3 times, Tuesday about 6, yesterday about six and
today twice so far……
do you think that they will think I’m pushy and not call me?
I hate waiting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have no patience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello Lori no your not being pushy, sometimes you have to keep calling or you
get pushed aside for a while. same thing happenened to me for my surgery date
but I was very persistant and in a month I got my date and had already gone
threw my surgery and i’m doing wonderful and now losing the weight because of
being persistant so hang in there and stay on their butts!
