Chrissy,
It only gets better. I notice that I still get tired (7 weeks post op)
sometimes, but now I think it’s from the exercise that I’ve been doing. I
just increased it a couple of weeks ago from walks to water aerobics and
weight training. Sometimes, I’m a bit tired if I didn’t get all my protein
in the day before. Don’t get discouraged if you quit making great progress
about 3 weeks after surgery. My progress slowed down a bit but then
magically at 4 to 4-1/2 weeks, I was able to get up from the chair or my car
without hurting, and even slept on my stomach, which felt great.
I hope you keep feeling better and better.
