duodenal switch
hi-
i had the d/s on oct 22, 2002. i have felt pretty horrible at times,
and still do occasionally but it is usually because of something i
did-not because of the surgery. the 1st week was pretty bad-i slept
through most of it. i really wanted to return to work after 2 weeks
and i tried to- but i thought i was going to hork after about 3
hours. i found it really difficult to concentrate on my work. i’m
going to try again in another two weeks because i’m fairly bored
hangin’ at home.
however, i continue to obsess over things i can not have. (hagen
daz dulce de leche ice cream, brad pitt, fried chicken skin (not the
meat),jack in the box tacos, etc) i ask god to remove the
obsession. sometimes it works-most times not. i keep on praying.
hope to hear from someone soon!
