need some info please thanks
Hi everyone, I’m on vancouver island and I just got a referral from
my doctor to a surgeon in victoria but I’m not scheduled to see him
till March of 2004, is this a normal waiting period? And I was also
wondering in average how long does a person wait after seeing the
surgeon to recive surgery, and is there anyway to get in faster? If
anyone has any ideas or can answer my questions please let me
know…thank you….

My husband has been waiting for a little over a year now. I know th
hospital had to stop taking new people because it was so busy. Maybe
the Doctor over booked himself or that is the only place around that
doees the surgery. I know here in Massachusetts there are alot of
doctors that do it.
I know my husband has had alot of appointments with other doctors and
a therapist before saying they would take him in the program!
