<description>&#62;&#62;How much money are you all spending on
supplements. How many pills? Shots? Etc.?

I've spent less than $25 so far on supplements...I bought Flintstones
Multivitamin...(after this bottle, never again, they're quite nasty, how I
ever liked them as a kid is beyond me).
I had already had some Calcium Citrate tablets at home. But I will be
buying something chewable or liquid because damned the size just kinda gives
me the heebiegeebies (Horse pills here.)
I bought a thing of protein powder and will not be able to use it, it tastes
pretty icky. So I plan on buying something else...perhaps some Isopure
ZeroCarb premixed drinks.

In response to the Adkins diet and not having surgery, I myself am planning
on using the opportunity that having the surgery gives re-educate myself on
&lt;!--more--&gt;
how to eat healthily. I'm not going to use this as a cure-all, I want to
learn self-control and good exercise habits (I think I should heal a bit
first before I go kicking ass on the gym floor.) I never had that before.

If you think you can lose weight and keep it off without the aid of the
surgery, then by all means I say do so. But I myself have struggled through
the years as an obese person and I was getting ready to switch over from
being healthy and obese to unhealthy and obese. I refuse to spend years on
any more medicines that I have to. Having surgery will help me not to live
the rest of my life depending on blood pressure medicines. It may help to
give me self-confidence about myself as I lose the weight.

Looking forward to all the tomorrows,
