		<description>Dear Janice,

Good Luck

I hope it went well.

I am pre-op and have had my consultation on 12/18.

I live in New York and my surgeon is Dr. Mitchell Roslin.

The consultation went very well.
We sat together where he talked about:
- What is Morbid Obesity
- The different procedures for surgery
- Why this surgery is not &#34;the easy way out&#34;
&lt;!--more--&gt;
- How Morbid Obesity is more genetic and NOT about low willpower.

I had questions about mortality, leaks, complications, recuperation,
diet.

He also examined me, took my official weight etc.
he answered everything and I left his office feeling that I had made
the right decision by choosing him.

It was really positive. We set a surgery date for 4/25
I now have to have a psych eval, get together with a nutritionist,
have an upper GI series, EKG, chest X-ray and blood work.

Let me know how it went.

Your friend,
Izy
