		<description>Danny, when people are replying to a message, it's always preferable if
they will leave at least a few sentences of the previous message so that
we will know what they're talking about. (see my example below) For
sure, delete anything that is not related. But if you delete all the
message, then the response frequently hangs out there and we don't know
what it relates to. I totally agree about not allowing the full digest
to append to your message.
As to putting in the new subject, that should be done if you are typing
about a new subject. However, if you are responding to a message, and
staying with that subject, the subject line should stay the same.
