I know practically nothing about workman's comp - the only time I had it was <don't ask> when I fell out of the honey wagon on a movie set and broke an elbow, and that was years ago (anyone remember the movie, "Semi-tough"?) - I can't remember if the doc who set my elbow or the nurse from the movie set actually did the filing for me. Can you check with your HR dept? If not, I wonder if anyone would know about it at your state employment agency - just as a side thought. Welcome back, you'll lose that weight, I know it!
